Screen Detection

The distance of the LED balls from the screen body is clean and uniform, and there are no irregularities. The joint gap error is within 0.2 mm.

The color corresponds to the sample. In natural light, such as a fluorescent lamp, no apparent chromatic aberration is observed. The same batch of products has no color difference, and the surface of the coating is smooth, uniform and uniform.

The detection of the cabinet panel

There are many detection methods to check the cabinet. Commonly used tools are vernier caliper, tape measure, leveling tool. It requires inspectors to check very strictly one by one according to designers’ drawings whether any parts are missing one by one.

The deviation of the outer dimensions of the transparent LED screen box is not more than 0.5mm, and the difference between the two diagonal lines is not more than 1mm;

Check that the burr has been removed, that the sharp corner is obtuse and that it is not allowed to scratch or stab with the hands

Each nut and column nut should be machined with the back-to-tooth treatment to ensure that the screw can be locked smoothly;

Check whether the general cabinet mounting requirements have been worked out according to the drawings. All accessories (such as locks and hinges) must be made with existing standard parts. Mechanical strength and sealing must be ensured during assembly.

The soldering of each box connection must be firm, with no virtual solder marks or dispersion soldering.

After welding, the drilling of the hole in the LED module and the flatness of the front must be guaranteed. The surrounding panels should not be bent or warped. The flatness error is less than 1 mm. The size of the positioning hole on the front panel of the cabinet is strictly controlled. The size of the opening and the space of the hole. The error is less than 0.1mm, and the X and Y directions of the group holes should be on the same straight line, and the straight line should be perpendicular to the edge of the box, respectively, and the perpendicularity is less than 1mm .
