Queen's University Belfast is a prestigious member of the Russell Group of institutions and is located in Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland. Originally founded in 1845, Queen's University received its full university status in 1908. The University currently has 24,000 students enrolled from over 80 different nations, and Times Higher Education has ranked it number 23 on a list of the top 100 international universities in the world.
In order to support more international students for entry in October 2019, the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (AHSS) at Queen's University Belfast is happy to offer full-fee international PhD scholarships. The prize includes three years of complete tuition as well as upkeep and a stipend.
